个人介绍

课题组长潘翠萍，2008年博士毕业于德国马普生物化学研究所，2013年在美国斯坦福大学遗传系完成博士后培训，随后留校工作。2014年加入美国VA医疗卫生系统任职生物信息学主任，于2021年全职加入粤港澳大湾区精准医学研究院（广州）并担任青年研究员，组建生医智算（Intelligent Computing in Biomedicine）实验室。

课题组长在多组学、计算生物学、生物信息学、人群队列大数据、云计算等研究方面积累了丰富的经验，在Cell, JAMA, Circulation, Plos Computational Biology等杂志发表论文23篇。

研究方向

课题组致力于用多组学技术、生物医学大数据、数据科学及数据工程等方法来统筹和融合多维度生物医学数据，以解析人类常见复杂疾病的发生发展机制，并发展人类复杂疾病的精准预测预防方法和个体化药物治疗方案。课题组长期与斯坦福大学心血管研究中心、国内几家知名医院合作，目前的研究重心为心血管代谢疾病、免疫疾病和癌症。
