个人介绍
2006年本科毕业于清华大学,于2012年博士毕业于美国辛辛那提大学/辛辛那提儿童医院,之后继续于辛辛那提儿童医院从事呼吸系统的研究工作,于2022年4月加入粤港澳大湾区精准医学研究院(广州)类器官与再生医学研究中心担任青年研究员,具有丰富的遗传、发育、分子和细胞生物学的研究经验,曾主持美国国立卫生院(NIH)LRRC青年研究员先锋项目一项并作为主要研究人员参与NIH R01科研基金三项,在包括Journal of Clinical Investigation,Developmental Cell, Cell Death and Differentiation等杂志上发表SCI论文多篇,撰写专业著作章节一本,总引用712次。
研究方向
聚焦于蛋白质质量控制体系以及表观遗传调控在肺上皮细胞的发育、稳态与损伤修复中的作用,并研究呼吸系统疾病尤其是包括肺纤维化在内的间质性肺病的发生发展机制以及治疗手段。
